We have spent the summer and the first few weeks of this semester reaching out to campus to hear what you have to say about the future of IT service.  I must admit that I learned a lot and that I have had some extraordinary conversations.  We have now reached a point in this process in which we will start to tell campus what we think we heard.  Many people, faculty, staff and students have examined the data and provided input and analysis.

In the end, we will use all these conversations to develop our campus IT Strategic Plan.  Please help me ensure that it is relevant and that it articulates what you believe to be important and strategic for us.

Thanks to the hundreds of you that have provided input, guidance, assessment and criticism.  We have accomplished quite a bit and are energized to see this through.
