How to report a computer security incident

A computer security incident can take many forms, including violations of the campus Appropriate Use Policy, email harassment, or evidence of hacking. If you become aware of a campus computer security incident, you should report it online.
Go to the CIO website, click Security and click Report an Incident. The Badger Incident Response Team (BadgIRT) will investigate and take any needed action.
