DoIT service report now available

DoIT has recently published a report entitled, "Measuring Information Technology Services," which highlights some of DoIT's major initiatives and measures their impact over time.
Ron Kraemer, CIO and Vice Provost for Information Technology, plans to expand the scope of the report next year to include a more comprehensive inventory and assessment of IT services across campus. He invites groups and departments to contact him with information that is suitable for the report.
