My WebSpace back online

The campus My WebSpace service was restored and is back online as of 2:55 PM Sunday, February 15. All files and accounts were restored to the state they were in as of 4:00 AM Thursday, February 12. Any permissions, subscriptions and features of My WebSpace have also been reverted to that time. Any files uploaded, deleted, or changed between those two times were lost.
Now that the system is restored, DoIT techs are working with its vendors to determine exactly what went wrong when the system went down early Friday morning. We are sorry for the disruption to service. We will do our best to make sure fixes are in place so that the same type of problem is not repeated.
