Need help meeting new requirement for NSF proposals?

Wednesday, December 22, 2010

Beginning in mid-January, applicants submitting grant proposals to the National Science Foundation must meet a new requirement by providing a data management plan for data resulting from NSF-funded research.

Campus researchers can get help with meeting this new requirement. A new service offered by data specialists at UW-Madison Libraries, DoIT, and other units includes a Web site with information on what to include in data plans, data management recommendations, and links to campus resources. Staff are also available for one-on-one consultations. Contact them at digitalcuration@lists.wisc.edu
