Additions to Campus IT Projects page

The Campus IT Projects site was recently updated. New projects include: WiScholar Pilot Project, Lecture Capture Service for General Assignment Classrooms, Mobile Apps Development for Android, and New My UW-Madison interface. Additional project descriptions were amended to more accurately reflect their current status.
